Calculate the making price and how much plain fabric to send using your window measurements and usable fabric width. After payment confirmation, receive the shipping address and instructions. Speak to a specialist for patterned fabrics or seams.
Do I need experience to measure?+
No. We need two figures — the width of your track and the finished drop — and our guide shows the exact measuring points. You approve both before payment.
What if I enter the wrong measurements?+
Your curtain is made to the measurements you approve, so measure twice. If a mistake still happens, contact us: many drops can be shortened or adjusted for an additional fee.
Are the track and fitting included?+
Online orders include the curtain, without a track or installation. Your track must suit the chosen wave or gathered heading. For a complete solution, speak to a specialist: home measuring, tracks and installation are quoted separately, subject to location and availability.
How long does it take?+
Making takes between 10 and 15 working days, followed by one to three days in transit. The lead time is shown before payment.
How can I pay?+
Payment is made in full by card, MB WAY or Multibanco through Stripe. Habitta does not store card details.
Can I return a made-to-measure curtain?+
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications. Manufacturing faults — including stitching, finish or dimensions that differ from those approved — are resolved by us at no cost.
Which measurements do you accept?+
Track widths between 60 and 600 cm and drops between 100 and 300 cm. Above 280 cm, a discreet horizontal seam may be required.
Where do you deliver?+
We currently deliver across mainland Portugal with tracked shipping. Madeira, the Azores and international delivery are being evaluated.
